Let the fun begin!

The first workout of the 2012 WODClub Open is 'Cindy was a nice Girl'.

10 Min AMRAP Every Rep Counts
Buy in:
50 KB swings

Then do rounds of:
5 Chest to Bar Pull Ups (Masters Standard Pull Ups)
10 Hand Release Push Ups
15 Front Squats 

Score is total reps of all movements.

When you filter the workout distribution by age, other than “All”, nothing shows up. All the other filters work.

I know this isn’t the OPEN, but how are the standards going to be upheld. A lot of the videos be watched seem to have thighs on the groung during the PU and hips not below the knee on the FS as the standards state?

I just can’t seem to figure out how to upload my video. My score is now up on the results page but when I click on submit your video the pop up is not working. Please help. Can I put it on utube. Then where do I send the link? Running out of time here. And I have a pretty good score.

Would a 55 pound dumbbell work for the WOD?

Yes, the 50 KB swings are added to your score.
So, if you got through 1 full round of Cindy your score would be : 50 + 5 + 10 + 15 = 80. All reps count.

You can do the workout as many times as you like! Just re-enter your workout into WODClub and upload the new video and the best time will show.

Hey Mike,
First off, thanks for putting all of this together and making it so easy to use…unfortunately, I’m an idiot and didn’t read the instructions carefully enough and i used the wrong weight for the Front Squats (115# versus 95#). Can I perform the workout again during the first week and post another score?

The workout details page says 115# / 62kg. Misprint. I thought I saw a video of a guy doing 60+kilos so I just wanted to clarify that it’s supposed to be 115# / 52kg. Sorry to confuse anyone, cheers!

I’m lost now is the men’s rx workout at 52kg 115lbs? Why would Europeans use 62kg? I’m European but will use 52 or just over if that is the prescribed weight ? Can someone please clear this up ? Cheers

I think the Europeans are going to be using 62kg’s instead of 52kg/115#.
